Kerry Therry Pee
From Boca Raton:
Twenty John Kerry supporters met for their first group therapy session in
South Florida Thursday, screaming epithets at President Bush as they shared
their emotions with licensed mental health counselors.
The first of several free noontime therapy sessions at the American Health
Association in Boca Raton was designed to treat what mental health
counselors have dubbed Post Election Selection Trauma (PEST).
“If I had a cardboard cutout of President Bush, and these people wanted to
throw darts at it, I would let them do it,” Robert J. Gordon, AHA executive
director, told the Boca News after the session. “It’s no joke. People with
PEST were traumatized by the election. If you even mention religion, their
faces turn blister-red as they shout at Bush.”
They are allowing reporters into the next session. Let's look for that report soon!
But you know, as much as people make fun of these people who need therapy, I don't know how I would have handled a Bush loss. I, just like Dims, believed that a Kerry victory would be disasterous. I looked at my mother after Howard won in Australia and said I might have to go live there!
But we won! So I can stay right here!
HE’S BAAAAAAACK!
Our old friend Chris, from the one’n’only KerryWaffles (now closed for business:), is back and he’s mad!
This Kerry/Jesse Jackson Ohio stuff got me riled up and I made a short movie. ENJOY!

CALL CAPTAIN PLANET!
This is a picture of Washington State's largest POLLUTER! Where are the protestors?
DEMS READ BRAINSTER?
You’d think they had read Pat’s What Do the Democrats Need to Do? when you read that they’re thinking of actually being honest! Step back! According to The Prowler, that’s exactly what they’re considering.
DEM DILEMMA
The Florida state Democratic delegation met in Tallahassee on Monday to try to figure out how best to get back into the political game in the 2006 election cycle, this, after seeing their party fall further behind in both the Florida house and senate in the 2004 elections.
According to one attendee, a small minority in the meeting of about 70 state Democratic officials insisted that the winning strategy was to speak openly about their Democratic values: pro-abortion and pro-labor, for example.
But that idea was quickly shot down by a decision to hire political consultants in the coming weeks to develop and test political and issues positions that play well with Florida independents.
The consultants will be hired at a cost of more than $2 million. "It's probably money well spent," says a Republican Florida House member. "Now Democrats can finally find out what they believe in."

New School Prayer
Since the Pledge of Allegiance and The Lord's Prayer are not allowed in most public schools anymore because the word "God" is mentioned....a kid in Arizona wrote the following NEW School prayer.
Now I sit me down in schoolPlease copy and paste this to an email and pass this on.
Where praying is against the rule
For this great nation under God
Finds mention of Him very odd.
If Scripture now the class recites,
It violates the Bill of Rights.
And anytime my head I bow
Becomes a Federal matter now.
Our hair can be purple, orange or green,
That's no offense; it's a freedom scene.
The law is specific, the law is precise.
Prayers spoken aloud are a serious vice.
For praying in a public hall
Might offend someone with no faith at all.
In silence alone we must meditate,
God's name is prohibited by the state.
We're allowed to cuss and dress like freaks,
And pierce our noses, tongues and cheeks.
They've outlawed guns, but FIRST the Bible.
To quote the Good Book makes me liable.
We can elect a pregnant Senior Queen,
And the 'unwed daddy,' our Senior King.
It's "inappropriate" to teach right from wrong,
We're taught that such "judgments" do not belong.
We can get our condoms and birth controls,
Study witchcraft, vampires and totem poles.
But the Ten Commandments are not allowed,
No word of God must reach this crowd.
It's scary here I must confess,
When chaos reigns the school's a mess.
So, Lord, this silent plea I make:
Should I be shot; My soul please take!
Amen
Most Annoying Liberal Pundit?
Crush Kerry's knockout elimination tournament continues. Today they have Carville vs. Goodman, Dionne vs. Cohen, Moyers vs. Estrich, and Thomas vs. Couric. In prior matchups, Dan Rather outpointed Julianne Malveaux, Molly Ivins crushed Tom Friedman, Janeanne Garafalo topped Katrina Vandenheuvel, and Jon Stewart pasted Jim Hightower.
Bring Him Back?
That's what Ross Baker suggests.
It can be argued, of course, that presidential candidates who were badly thrashed lose their claim to another nomination. Few calls for renomination were heard for Walter Mondale in 1988, or for Michael Dukakis in 1992. But a candidate such as Al Gore, who lost out on a technicality in 2000, felt the need to take himself out of the 2004 contest, to the relief of some Democrats who, unjustifiably, believed him to have been forever tarnished. Does anyone seriously believe that Gore would utter another deep off-screen sigh or find himself embarrassed by a style consultant were he to run again?
I guess the logic to this argument is that having made a series of strategic blunders the last election season, the losing Presidential candidate would run a campaign with perfect pitch this time around. It strikes me as more likely that the candidate would make new blunders this time around. Think about Gore in the debates in 2000. He did not repeat his errors from prior debates, but he came up with new ones each time. In the first debate he lied, in the second he sighed. And in the third he stalked then-Governor Bush.

No Prizes for KH
We don't expect a Pulitzer here at KH. After all, what did we do? Break the Christmas in Cambodia story two months before the world? Piffle! Find out that Kerry never consulted the UN Security Council despite his claims 75 days before the Washington Times ran it above the fold a week before the election? Mere folderol.
We're just a little blog that got lucky. Twice. We got our prize on November 2nd and we expect nothing more.

CLUELESS
Let’s hope the half-vast left-wingers never realize how utterly clueless they are, even at the risk of being insulted by them. Hey, what do we care? We’ll never bump into them at Wal*Mart.
KERRY LOSS BLAMED ON BOWTIE
GRAYDON Carter has an overriding theory as to why President Bush beat John Kerry. Speaking at the Miami Book Fair, Carter, esteemed editor of Vanity Fair and author of "What We've Lost: How the Bush Administration Has Curtailed Our Freedoms, Mortgaged Our Economy, Ravaged Our Environment, and Damaged Our Standing in the World," seemed to chalk up Kerry's collapse to the senator's stiff speaking style. "John Kerry was talking to somebody with a bowtie, a striped shirt and a blazer," cracked Carter. The Miami New Times also reports Carter said: "He should have been talking to those people out there, those Wal-Mart people, those people who like to keep their Christmas lights on all year round."
FUN WHILE IT LASTED
MISSING DAN
GREG Sheffield and his brother, Matthew W. Sheffield, spent four long years in their northern Virginia basement decrying Dan Rather on their weblog, Ratherbiased.com. But now that the embarrassed anchor is leaving CBS, they're sad to see him go. "It's been a lot of fun so I guess we will miss Rather," Matthew - who is now planning to set up a political 'blogzine' - told PAGE SIX, "But his news broadcasts had become outrageously biased. In the end he became the person he despised most, Richard Nixon."
O'Reilly Off His Meds?
Either that or auditioning for the job of CBS anchor with this bizarre op-ed.
The ordeal of Dan Rather goes far beyond the man himself. It speaks to the presumption of guilt that now rules the day in America. Because of a ruthless and callow media, no citizen, much less one who achieves fame, is given the benefit of the doubt when it comes to allegations or personal attacks. The smearing of America is in full bloom.
Weeks before the election, Kitty Kelley put out a book defaming the entire Bush family. The allegations were primarily made by anonymous sources, but that didn't stop the media from gleefully recounting all the sordid accusations. Some newspapers put them on Page 1.
Yeah, and then Dan Rather smeared the President with bogus memos he got from an anonymous source, right, Bill?
That smear came on the heels of the Swift Boat Veterans' attacks on John Kerry, an ordeal that may have cost him the election. While some of the Vietnam vets had valid points, more than a few of the accusations against Kerry were simply untrue.
More than a few, Bill? Let's see you come up with, oh, say three is more than a few. And then we'll point out five or six places where the accusations were true and proved Kerry the liar.
And what can you say about this breathtaking close?
Dan Rather did not get what he deserved in this case. He made a mistake, as we all do, but he is not a dishonest man. Unfair freedom of speech did him in. This is not your grandfather's country anymore.
That's so pathetic that it doesn't need a response, just repetition.
